Zenit Madencilik Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. was established in 2010 through the partnership of Proje-A Construction Ltd. and Galata Mining Ltd. The company, primarily focused on the Sındırgı-Kızıltepe Project, completed its feasibility and EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) studies and commenced production in April 2017, and carried out its final production in 2026. Within the same year, it began operating at full capacity at the Tavşan Project and achieved its first gold pour.

Zenit Mining aims to become one of the leading gold producers at a national level by contributing to the regional and national economy and employment through the production in the Kızıltepe Project and future developments in other projects.
